Grant is always helpful, friendly, and prompt. Dr. Wally has a great bedside manner, is kind, and always willing to answer all questions until I understand. One time I had a little emergency, and he saw me right away. There are other doctors who are closer to my neighborhood, but I do not mind taking the drive out to see Dr. Wally. In fact, my husband and daughter now see him. Office is clean, spacious, bright, and has a bonus, has candy, coffee, and water.
Always thankful for Grant for always keeping up with me on my busy schedule. Dr. Wally Grant and their team always provide 5 or 10 star customer service. They are personable, informative, helpful and Dr. Wally has a big heart. Thank you team Lakeway eye center!
