RecommendedI had a bit of an issue with Lakeway Dermatology. Nothing major, but a miscommunication. I brought it to their attention. They fixed the issue…plus, plus, plus !!! I’m a very satisfied patient and I highly recommend this dermatology office.
they are great and try to help you any way they can.
I do not recommend them at all if you have a problem and need to see a doctor. I called today and the earliest my husband could be seen was October. How in the world can a doctor in good faith say that they care about you, but you aren’t allowed to come in when something is wrong?
I came to Dr Brimhall with little hope. I had been on everything under the sun for my atopic dermatitis of the hands and feet nothing had worked!! I was so depressed that I think my other Doctor was actually getting worried about me so she contacted Dr Brimhall to see if he would see me and the rest is history he had just the treatment in mind within 5 minutes and it is working!!!!! He saved my life I love Dr Brimhall!!!!

I took my son to a scheduled dermatologist appointment this morning and they DENIED service/care because I’ve been exposed to COVID-19 in CCU at Morristown-Hamblen hospital. They told me they were only seeing emergencies and to come back next week and make sure me and my son wear a mask. I’m an essential worker that happens to be a nurse that takes care of the sick.
