RecommendedI have been to other physical therapists in the past and this practice is so superior to my other experiences. None of my past therapists had ever used or been trained in aquatic therapy. What an awesome experience to receive treatment in a nearly weightless environment. Great science based physical therapy. My ankle was a wreck when I started therapy and they fixed me right up. Great practice.
After breaking my Femur TWICE within 2 weeks & 2 surgeries it was a long road to recovery. Their knowledge of the body & how to correct it so you heal faster & continue on a healthier path in life pulled me thru. I have been going to Lakeway Aquatic therapy for a couple off months. I love that they can work with me in the water and also in their facility. I have been trying everything for my chronic pain in my rib case (pain management massage, nerve blocks, ablation, acupuncture) for the past 20 months. Nothing seemed to help until now. I have mostly been working with Melody but Hailey and Leah is amazing too. I would recommend this to everyone I know.
I have used this practice for a number of years and I recommend them highly. I am 82 years old and have had a number of back surgeries. LAPT has treated me for post operative therapy in both the water and land mode. The family owned business is friendly and careing. The owner Melody is one of the therapists and is normally in the facility or in the pool. My current therapist, Haley is wonderful. I initially went to Lakeway Aquatic Physical Therapy because it was close to where I live, but now that I have worked with the therapists (now that they have worked on me) I would never consider going anywhere else. They are incredibly knowledgeable but equally important they are friendly and nice. I was happy that they could work me in twice a week on my schedule since I work full time.
