Check in was horrible! Was deceived several times by several different staff members about checking in early! Even at the normal check in time our rooms were not ready. Customer service at the front desk definitely needs to be better.
We really like it here but just a couple things they could improve on. Some people obviously like to wake up early and slam doors let their kids run wild in the hallways screaming, etc while others work hard during the week and woukd like to sleep in but can't do so because of the early morning shenanigans from other guest. A sign should be put up to please be considerate of others sleeping in the mornings. A pina colada is $12?? I could understand if it was real pineapple and coconut juice but for imitation artificial crap.... read more
The views from pool and back porch are incredible. The check in staff are either understaffed or inexperienced but we struggled checking in. Recommend property .
We had a great experience. The perfect place for a weekend getaway. The view is beautiful, the staff was friendly, rooms comfortable and the pool is perfect for a sunny relaxing day. Don't let the nasty reviews on here scare you away. It's not the Ritz-Carlton in Kapalua and shouldn't be graded with the same scale. Go have fun!
