The absolute worst experience of my life. I am a disabled veteran that is handicapped and I came to this facility to use their services and was denied handicapped parking and was told to leave the property by the manager because I did not have a mirror placard even though my license plate has the correct designation. The management has not reached out to me to do anything for the mistake or for the embarrassment and disgrace. I have called and tried contacting them For a resolution but they refuse to respond. Placed in a great spot on the lake! The staff was great especially one of the front desk people, one of the valet attendants, and the "new" girl working the kid zone. The pools are very nice and well kept and our son LOVED the kid zone. What makes it only 3 stars? The food is okay but way over priced (a grapefruit is $10). The Kid Zone had multiple leaks when it rained and had tiles in the ceiling about to fall down. Beautiful place, beautiful accommodation. All the staff are heartwarming, especially at the Travis Restaurant in the resort.
Absolutely loved our stay at the resort! Great view of the lake from the balcony off our very spacious room. Customer service was top notch, every employee who we came in contact with made a point to smile and say hello even when we were just passing by. Loved the adult only pool area, very nice for a getaway without kids. Spent some time at the spa where we had an incredible experience. Would highly recommend this resort for anyone traveling to the area!
