We are very happy at lakeview village apartments! The units are charming and have a nice layout with a spacious patio area. They all come with a garage and a washer/dryer! The rent rates are some of the best in the area which we are very thankful for. It’s really nice to be so close to the lake too so that’s a bonus. The community manager, Claudia is very caring and approachable. She’s always ready to help with any and all concerns. I have enjoyed living here tremendously. Just wanted to give out some kudos to my property manager Claudia Frausto and the maintenance guy Alex. (Sorry don’t know Alex last name.) I have been here now for a few years. Ever since the first day, Claudia has shown nothing but professionalism and super friendly. Had nothing but great experiences with them. I’m a former tenant and enjoyed living there. I really liked the layout of these apartments, the View of the lake and the wildlife. Claudia was an amazing manager who responded in a timely manner and was easy to talk to.
Claudia is great!! Always returns my calls swiftly and meets our needs in a timely fashion.
This is for Parkview townhomes . Since we’ve moved in a few years ago, Claudia has always been so very kind and respectful. She’s alo very cheerful when we see her . Whenever we call or leave a message, she’s very quick and accomodating . Alex the maintenance is also very friendly and does his best to help us out and resolve issues very quickly.
