Good place for a hospital
Had knee replacement and rehab at lakeside and have nothing but praise for all the nurses and rehab staff that looked after me for my 10 days i spent there
Well looked after,everyone was very caring and helpful. Thank you to my orthopaedic surgeon Dr Scot Newman, very kind and caring specialist. I am very happy to have him as my surgeon. I highly recommend him to anyone.
My wife was booked in for two procedures in day surgery at 8.30am. We attended day surgery at 8.15am after booking in at admissions so as to not disrupt patient flow. The front desk nurse advised me that my wife would be ready to pick up at 11.30am. Three hours after book in time. Two hours later my wife was taken to theatre. It was frustrating to think that there was a two hour delay this early in the day. The placard on the front desk "What we should expect from this healthcare facility" Respect and information. Recently had a knee replacement and the staff/food was excellent during my 7 days stay. Strongly recommend taking the time to consider for your next hospital stay.
