I did my endoscopy the incharge for booking is quite confusing with the scheduling delayed us but the lady from day surgery incharge nurse was super great outstanding service and care she gave us wonderful lady compassionate thank u very much we are relax thanks to everyone specially ROZ so caring . Recommended place .
I recently on 15/8/2025 had day surgery, on arrival nursing staff we're excellent. Once I was moved on to Mark and Martin who took me to Theatre, hurrying down a corridor with Martin in front of me asking questions regarding my Health ,whilst we walked in a hurrying mode.On arrival into Theatre room I was rushed around to the side of a bed,at that point Mark arrived to tell me to get on the bed,while Martin was asking me questions,during me trying to get on the bed Martin continued asking Health questions, while Mark kept te... read more
I've had 2 surgeries at this hospital and can not fault them, their hospitality and care is a wonderful experience. They really take the time to tend to you and make your stay pleasant. Which is what you need when your recovering. I highly recommend for anyone needing a private hospital that you consider Lakeview Private the team and whole process is just high class care.
My experience at Lakeview Private Hospital exceeded my expectation. The care and attention by staff, nurses and Dr Stephanie Lam highly surpassed my previous hospital experiences and expectations, and are to be highly commended! The food was top notch and kitchen staff looked after me with my dietary restrictions. The surgeon who performed my hip replacement operation (Dr Frederick Hoe) has been not just a highly professional surgeon, but also very caring.
