Alex Pales has been my ARNP for the past five past years and I couldn't be happier with the care I have received! She has always listened to me and taken my concerns seriously. She is not only a highly skilled provider but has great "bed side manner". She has always made me feel comfortable and has never judged me. I cannot recommend Alex Pales enough if you are looking for an excellent psychiatric provider. Thanks Alex!

I’ve always had a hard time finding a provider that I can truly connect with, but Alex is incredible in so many ways when it comes to patient care! She actually takes the time to listen and understand my needs, and I feel like that can be hard to come by esp in the healthcare field. I’ve been interested in psychedelics for the longest time and always felt hesitant about bringing that up with other providers, but I love how she is so well informed about the topic. I started working with Alex about a year ago. We've done some good trauma processing together and thats helped me a lot. I’ve been attending therapy on and off since college, she's been one of the best providers I've worked with.
