We were given key cards to wrong room. When we walked in room we realized it was someone else's, it could of been a very dangerous situation, luckily the people weren't in there room. But whole night we were worried someone might come in ours if they gave wrong key card to someone else. Front desk person had said they would take off some money because of her mistake. Ros could use some TLC amd updates, but overall the hotel is excellent. Amenities and customer service was top notch. They even have an off leash dog run. Would return here no problem.
Very nice employees greeted me every day with a smile and very helpful rooms is clean and they tidy up.room.daily very safe quiet at night good safe place
