We come to this hotel twice a year and have been doing so for more than three years — and it just keeps getting better! The manager, front desk team, and all the staff are amazing. They always make us feel so welcome and at home. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests. We truly appreciate everything they do and wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Grand Forks!
I stayed here many times - they offer a great surgery discount. I think I stayed here over 20 times. On top of that the electric car chargers were complimentary, and very good while I had an electric vehicle. The pool is ok. The rooms are passable, they always got me extra pillows on request, and the bathrooms were always clean. Service was always very good. Could walk across the street for goods at the convenience store too. Very fast to get off the highway and find.
