Bugs (both dead and alive) – do not stay! When brought to the acting Manager’s attention, I was promised a “deep clean”. Worst experience, damp carpet, intermittent Wi-Fi. When requesting refund informed by acting Manager that “they do the best they can and that some things are out of their control”. My expectation was not to have everything perfect; however is it too much to ask to vacuum up old bugs in the room?
Everything was good except the washroom door didn't lock. I was with the gf and 2 younger kids so it didn't really matter to us but it would be a different situation if we were with the older kids or with friends/relatives.
Don’t stay at this hotel. My family and I are staying at this hotel and I woke up at 2am and found bed bugs! So gross!!! I wanted to get my money back so I can use that to move to a different hotel but the guy at the desk says we have to wait for the manager to come at 10am! This is so stressful
Best staff I have ever experienced after 25 years of traveling for business. Best part of the stay was the staff. Thank you MIchelle and Servante!
