The behavioral health unit is a joke …… there was like two good nurses there one nurse told me to stop going to hospital to hopsital because of truama  not knowing why I was there fully… that’s enough to make anyone break when ur at your lowest …. I kept getting super sick to my stomach around 11 every night I asked them to take my blood pressure and the dr refused !!! Lucky a tec came in and made sure my blood pressure was ok and sure enough it was really low …. It told them about my situation and went to the nurses station... read more

Lakeview Emergency Department ROCKS! Went in with a kiddo that needed stitches. Even with the craziness going on right now, they got us right back, and treated my child with so much respect and care! They explained everything to her in a way she'd understand, everyone was very patient with her, and truly made her feel cared for and safe. The x-ray tech showed her the portable machine, her x-rays and what they were, asked her if she had questions, then patiently answered them for her. Similar to one of the other reviews I saw. How was a 60 year old woman admitted in there and I was treated like I was a criminal. I was also treated like I was stupid or something which I am not. I have had six years of college and a bachelor's degree and I do not need to be told what time I need to go to bed and how to do this and how to do that. And the psychiatrist they're actually tried to hurt me. They will not turn over my records to my new doctor they have asked twice and she finds this very strange. Also two social w... read more
