After waiting a week and paying over $600 for a part, the drivers side window shattered the first time I used the car post-Lakeside Toyota Service Center. They refuse to assume responsibility. My experience with the service center in New Orleans East has been generally positive (certainly nothing to damage my car or harm people in it...). I will be going there from now on.

Great experience there! Really loved the staff, Rene Pouche was AWESOME- so not high pressure. He even drove out to Kenner to get me! Now that's service. Enjoyed every step. First time in 22 years of dealing with cars that I left the dealership feeling good about the deal and the way they treated me!
