I was looking online for cars Troy called me back and asked me what I was interested in. At the time, I wasn't sure if I wanted to buy another car or repair my Corolla that was damaged in a car accident. I decided to go with a new car. Troy asked what I was interested in and price range. Tremane was able to make my purchase totally stress free , I was very satisfied with every aspect of the sale. Lakeside Toyotas service department is open longer and is more convenient for me use than the Toyota dealership that is closer to my home. I also love that they offer a shuttle service while your vehicle is being serviced.

I went to the dealership thinking that I needed a Larger SUV or Truck to fit all of my gear as I am a musician; However, I told my salesperson, Keith Anselmo my needs. He hit it right out of the park on the very first car he showed me, a preowned 2014 RAV4 LE with 29,000 miles! We also looked at a few other vehicles including larger vehicles, but nothing was as comfortable as the first vehicle he showed me. We bought a RAV4 couple months ago yesterday my wife brought in to the service department because the tire pressure light was on , they check it and told her it had a nail and it will cost her $48 to get it fixed ; she decide to bring it some where else's , and guess what There was no nail , just need it some air .....I heard of car dealers doing this but specially to a woman
Shannon O'Brien and her manager, Chad, are the best. They figured out how to get us the vehicle we wanted and met our max spending price. I cannot believe the deal they approved for us. It is obvious that customer service and customer satisfaction is priority to them! I will be back for sure!!
