I have no choice but to contact the mohave county sheriff's office in a last ditch effort to contact these guys. By failing to return phone calls these clowns have self terminated. I am having sooo much difficulty, communication is terrible, so bad that I have to call the insurance company to get them to respond. If you see the pain doctor here plan just plan on it I'm getting a spinal cord stimulator. Before my mom even talked with the doctor a rep from the company that makes the spinal cord stimulator was in there first explaining to her how it works and how surprised she will be with the pain relief then seen the doc then to surgery scheduler call in 20 min time. Never answer the phone, always have to leave a message. Left a message last Wednesday, this is Monday still no return call.
Before i got hurt on the job I never had been to a doctor. Said insurance was sure to keep me from getting any treatment and the doctors were quick to warn me about said not paying their bills. Little did know that this was the end of my life as I knew it. The next 12 years spent trying to get housing as I lost my home of 8 years to the bank.
