I am editing this say this is just concerning the Havasu location I have heard good things about the Bullhead staff. I really like Dr. Diep, but the office staff and some of the other employees are less than top shelf. I had an appt. this morning and went to the front to check in. I was very rudely turned away by then woman upfront and was refused my appt. due to a supposed balance I had not been informed of. I have no choice but to contact the mohave county sheriff's office in a last ditch effort to contact these guys. By failing to return phone calls these clowns have self terminated. I am having sooo much difficulty, communication is terrible, so bad that I have to call the insurance company to get them to respond. They are like a delinquent adolescents that wont communicate. 8 have been going here for 6 months and and am going to move to another area to get treatment. If you see the pain doctor here plan just plan on it I'm getting a spinal cord stimulator. Before my mom even talked with the doctor a rep from the company that makes the spinal cord stimulator was in there first explaining to her how it works and how surprised she will be with the pain relief then seen the doc then to surgery scheduler call in 20 min time.
