I have going here for about a year now for back pain. They dont explain much. For example they took an mri a long time ago and never said anything. Then out if the blue they want to do a proceedure but dont know my medical history. Then once they figure it out. They change their mind. Also you never know where you stand. No discharge papers and its a mess at the pharmacy every time. Im considering suicide because the pain is so debilitating.im trying to fire them again to get treatment elsewhere. I am editing this say this is just concerning the Havasu location I have heard good things about the Bullhead staff. I really like Dr. Diep, but the office staff and some of the other employees are less than top shelf. I had an appt. this morning and went to the front to check in. I was very rudely turned away by then woman upfront and was refused my appt. due to a supposed balance I had not been informed of. I have no choice but to contact the mohave county sheriff's office in a last ditch effort to contact these guys. By failing to return phone calls these clowns have self terminated. I am having sooo much difficulty, communication is terrible, so bad that I have to call the insurance company to get them to respond. They are like a delinquent adolescents that wont communicate. 8 have been going here for 6 months and and am going to move to another area to get treatment.
