I was pleased I could get in the next morning for my toothache. The service was excellent and efficient. I am very pleased to have Dr. Frank as my dentist. His diagnosis was correct and worked.
It was my daughter's first visit to the dentist. As a 3 year old she is quite fearless but meeting new people she can be a little shy. Once she warmed up she was laughing and playing with Dr. Bruce! Julie and Claire were great with her and she had an amazing visit. She talked the rest of the day about counting her teeth, her shiny smile, and the great gifts she received. Love my dentist and his staff!!

My experiences have always been EXCEPTIONAL. The staff is always friendly, professional and calming. Very easy to carry on a conversation with and they make you feel at ease. Discussions on your care are very detailed, they let you make the decisions.
Since 1987...I've received nothing but the best in the way of Dental Care from Dr. Bruce Frank. I moved away from Omaha in 2004 and was back for a recent visit and had a loose crown...he was able to re-cement my crown for me and get me back on my way. I have missed his exceptional dental care terribly and have never really replaced him! He has a fantastic staff as well!
No wait and no pain, what more can you ask for.
I arrived late without calling because of car trouble and no phone. After arriving over 20 minutes late, I expected to have to reschedule. It was the before a holiday, so the staff was minimal. I was lucky that it wasn't necessary to reschedule, they did my cleaning and anyway. Thank - you so much!
I have always been happy with Dr Bruce Frank's Dental Clinic . Today I had an annual checkup but took the ocassion to have my teeth cleaned . I met Clair , the new Dental Hygenist . As she began her work , she told me that this was her second day on the job . My eyes got real big and I gulped but she immediately told me that she has been doing the Hygenist thing for a long time . Dr. Frank and his staff are super thorough and very friendly. Both of my daughters go there as well and we are all extremely satisfied and highly recommend Dr. Frank and his whole team.
