You go in for a simple check up, and walk out being told that your mouth is a total mess and that you urgently need thousands of dollars of work plus teeth whitening and, oh, how about some veneers and an auto-renewing membership in the "toothpaste of the month club?" I had one of the best experiences yesterday at the dentist. I was actually terrified to get my cavity filled because I have a little anxiety. I'm very afraid of my throat going numb and not being able to breath. I mentioned this to my tech and she let the dentist know, he made sure that he used as little numbing solution as possible. They had a glass of water waiting and had me immediately rinse so no solution went down my throat. It was such a great experience.
I always enjoy visiting the office, even if I have to have more work done. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.
I give Dr. Frank and his staff all STARS-- As long as I can continue walking out happy and satisfied with the Dental Treatment I will continue to come. I will also encourage other to pay him a visit as well. From the very first greeting walking in until the happy can't wait to see you next time.
