My Husband saw this man after a horrific motorcycle accident and for follow up from the surgery done in another town. Dr Heiner is Fantastic. Thorough and compassionate as well as REAL. After ankle sx f/u he did his ACL reconstruction and AGAIN Fantastic. He has been treating and watching Knee now for several yrs and never gets rude or pushes surgery for money. Dr. Heiner and staff has helped my family with a full hip replacement and a new knee! His bedside manner and knowledge is outstanding! We are ao fortunate to have him in Lake Havasu!
Dr Hiner is an awesome surgeon. He has done both of my knees, my shoulder and my right hand. Great bedside manner. Great Doctor.
Under Bad Management. Doctor quit mid procedure and the office manager was supposed to keep patients informed. This set my treatment back months then she lied that the doctor never worked there. KRMC pain management has been treating me wonderfully
