I thought the staff was great, the theatre room a new experience +++++. Husband still tender but had no complaints.
Dr. Haynie and staff were WONDERFUL!! They took me in last minute at 4 p.m. to remove a tooth and relieve my pain. All assistants were gone for the day, so he had enough faith in his front office staff to bring Heather back to assist him with my tooth! She did an AWESOME JOB!! I Had a couple of Exostosis removed.Thank you for making me feel at ease.
I'm a brand new patient with Dr Haynie and Lakeside Oral Surgery and had an infected tooth pulled on Tuesday. During this appointment, it was brought up how my mother had recently passed away and I was having a tough time with it. Fast forward 2 days post tooth extrication and I'm at my mom's funeral and in walks a representative of Lakeside Oral Surgery and Dr Haynie had sent me a beautiful care package and an awesome condolences card signed by the whole staff. Here today not as patient but as a daughter of a patient waiting. Nice staff and nice waiting movie room. Dr. Haynie is very nice and introduced himself as well.:-)! GREAT FIRST VISIT TO THIS OFFICE.
Unprofessional staff do a poor job at communicating.
I can't say enough about Dr. Haynie! He did such an awesome job taking my tooth out. I was really scared to have this simple procedure done because I had 2 other really bad experiences elsewhere having teeth pulled. I was awake for the whole thing and I drove 1 1/2 hours to see him...needles to say, it was well worth the drive. I will forever go back to him and bring my family in the future too. Just had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed with full sedation. Im terrified of surgeries, but they were amazing. When I was nervous they rushed my side and took great care of me. Dr Haynie and his girls took great care of me. Thank you all! *edited after sedation wore off. Thanks again!
Not only am I terrified of dentists but of needles as well. Liz did such an amazing job with my iv I didn't even feel it, I've never felt so at home a comfortable in an office. Absolutely the best place and service I've ever had. All 4 wisdom teeth out today and the amount of care and support is outstanding. Never have I met such a genuinely sweet and outgoing team. I will definitely be recommending then to everyone
