In December 2019 they made me pay up front for my procedure $968. even though I have insurance and they are in-network. Turns out after my insurance paid IF they honor contracted pricing, my obligation was only $150. Here it is April 10, 2020 and I am still waiting for them to refund all of the over payment. I have called them several times and was even on a 3 way call with my insurance and Rayanne, who stated "we would never hold any money". I cannot say enough about Dr. Haynie and his wonderful staff at Lakeside Oral Surgery & Dental Implants. I recently had my wisdom teeth removed and cannot believe how much better I feel. The amazing staff made me feel comfortable, relaxed, and completely at ease. Dr Haynie's expertise was evident. He was thoughtful, thorough, and compassionate. I was impressed with this office & staff from the beginning of my interactions with them~ they were so thorough, from getting insurance approval, to communication, making sure we completely understood procedures. This is exactly what you would expect from medical professionals, but not always what you necessarily receive. Hands down, AMAZING Staff & Surgeon! I am entirely grateful. I recently had a wisdom tooth and molar removed by Lakeside Oral Surgery & Dental Implants and it was astonishing how fast and smooth the whole process went! Before my girlfriend was even able to find something to watch in the waiting room they were telling her that I was ready to go! It really was quick and painless! I highly recommend them and will be returning myself if needed in the future!
Dr. Haynie charged us over $3000 dollars more than another surgeon, with better credentials, would have for the same surgery. We were from out of town and I think he took advantage of two senior citizens with an emergency situation. His after care sucked as well. No phone call to see if I was ok after surgery. Went in a week later and saw one of his assistants for post-op checkup. Could be why I got a terrible infection and wound up having the graft removed at another oral surgery office and another surgeon. This is when I f... read more
