Everyone was very kind and supportive. Assistant Hunter kept me preoccupied while waiting on Dr Bales. Dr Bales was considerate, and called personally after the surgery to check on me. These folks are wonderful! My 12 y/ondaughter does NOT like dentists and was petrified when she heard she had to have teeth extracted. But the staff at Lakeside was great with her before and after the procedures. Plus, the office staff was courteous and efficient about the paperwork and billing. Highly recommend!
Highly recommend! Entire staff is friendly and professional. On time - no waiting. Exceptionally clean and modern office. Very quiet and pleasant. Assistants are well trained and caring. Clear and precise instruction before and after surgery. Dr. Bale extracted 5 molars for me during the surgery. They were set up and ready to go when I arrived. I was asleep within 10 minutes. My visit was very professional and extra polite from the first consultation visit through surgery and anytime after when I called with questions in regards to my procedure. The staff all spoke with a helping voice followed by actions. I was never left to feel there was not anything they could not help me with. Dr. Bale was suggested to me through a friend who had dental work done previously by him and it was 100% exactly like they said it would be GREAT!
