The wait was short, about 20 minutes after I came the X-rays were done. Tammy (the lady who did the X-rays) is very nice and professional.
Professional fast and friendly. My doctor ordered on Monday, I was in the office Wednesday morning. Tina knows her stuff, she made me comfortable, explained the process to a T. Definitely recommend Lakeside MRI and Diagnostics.
I had occasion to visit Lakeside recently to have an ultrasound on my kidneys. I was treated well and professionally by young lady whose name I think was Kelley. She was very informed about the procedure, was friendly and laughed at my jokes. She was very efficient and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I have had multiple MRId there but they were usually uncomfortable and even painful. Not so with Kelly and the ultrasound. Highly recommend these people and especially Kelley. 5 stars from me.
I had a cat scan of my neck today with contrast, they treated me well. Tina from cat scan prayed with me.praise God
Every staff member and technician at Lakeside is extremely friendly and welcoming! I’ve been to another center for the same type of CT (no contrast liquid) in the past and the experience was drastically different. I expected to be here at least two hours this morning and they had me in and out in just over an hour!
I had to bring my 4 year old with me to the appt but the staff there was so sweet to her - even bringing her snacks out to the waiting room. Nhu was excellent, professional and fast, and was sweet with my daughter too. Thank you all for a good experience!
