I have been to Lakeside MRI & Diagnostic Center 3 times in the past 3 years for abdominal ultrasounds and have been extremely happy with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy. (I called yesterday and they were able to get me in today.) My wait time has been minimal and today I even got in and out before my actual appointment time. My tech, Shelly, was excellent, efficient, friendly, and kept me at ease throughout the test. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Lakeside MRI & Diagnostic Center. Very clean and nice facility. Staff is extremely friendly and very professional. Want to send a HUGE thank you to Tina and Mike for being able to find my impossible vein. You both should get an award for assisting with one of the top 10 hardest sticks in Texas. Thank you again for keeping me calm and making me smile during this difficult time.
Today was my first experience with Lakeside and it was fantastic! Marissa was great at the front desk, and I am beyond terrified of needles but Tina made the IV process easy! Highly recommend and will be requesting any orders be sent here for me if anything is needed in the future!
Employees are super sweet! staff explained to me every detail about the scan I was getting. In and out rather quickly.
the whole staff was friendly and curtious. Walked in with Dr. Order and out in under an hour. Tammy was the X-ray tech and was great with my 7 year old. Thanks for getting us in and out.
