First time there, the staff was friendly and appt on time.
I had my first CT scan. Michelle was awesome. Talked me through each step and told me what to expect post-procedure.

Had an MRI today. Always dread getting the IV. Kim did a fantastic job making me feel comfortable and getting that IV in with no problem. Also the open MRI is really great for people who are claustrophobic.
Lina and Christina deserve a raise. They fed me caffeine and kept me entertained. Not only are the hot so is the coffee.. very professional.
I really like Lakeside MRI & Diagnostic Center. Everyone is very nice. Wall-ins are welcome. They try to get you in and out quickly. Wait time depends on how many people are there. But I never had to wait very long. Today I arrived at 4:10pm, filled out paperwork and was done with my X-rays before 5pm. Quick and easy process. A special “Thank You” to my tech today, her name is Tammy. Tammy was awesome.
charged 100.00. could not give me copt of results computer down. Doctor requested copy right away. They could have said their computer was done. but no they took my money and told me I'd have to wait till tomorrow and possibly the written ones would be available. They could of told Doctor office or me before procedure so I could have gone elsewhere.
