Very impersonable. No eye contact given by staff. Especially the front desk clerk. From the time I walked in I felt like it was an imposition to be waited on. Staff spoke amongst themselves. Patients just given directions.

Not professional at all. They didn't seem like they knew what they were doing. Had a urine test done and they threw the rest of the urine in the trash and then had to go back and get the container out of the trash. Horrible experience.
