I was checked into the hospital for delivery and the staff at LMC were very professional, very caring, very attentive and made me feel very comfortable and came to my need when I needed them. I would definitely recommend Lake Side Medical Hospital because of the wonderful experience I had with the doctors and nurses. My nurses were Melissa, Taylor, Josie, Mayra, Martha and Marilyn. My mom entered the hospital emergency room around 12 midnight upon arriving the staff asked her condition which was explained. Once hearing the reason your unprofessional, rude staff begin to make jokes and laugh as my sister's stood by and watch. This is disgusting, you're suppose to be the individuals we come to in need and have the compassion to listen and offer the services that you were trained to do. Every time I go in with either one of my family members we are in and out from the ER, the staff always so nice. My son was just seen Ob Easter Morning with a small gash on his forehead. We out of there in an hour. What else can I say you guys are amazing. Keep it up ER staff.!!!!!!!!!!??
Pulled into the parking lot to have testing done and it was filthy!!!# Trash and Garbage all over the place. I will be addressing this is a letter to their Board of Directors! I also did a video as evidence.
