They treated my husband like he was the only patient and the Er staff saved his life. Great hospital
It's obvious this hospital does not have the equipment or expertise to handle many things. While everyone was friendly, the service is still lacking. My husband came in because he has something stuck in his eye just to be told they don't have a specialist nor equipment to remove the foreign object. So we are basically charged for putting some saline drops and use a UV lamp (which need a new bulb) to look at his eye and be told he needs to see someone else. $250 copay for nothing? I don't think so.

My husband had to go to the ER last night with a breathing problem. The doctor and staff immediately began their work to diagnose his problem and began treatment. Shorly, the doctor came in and explained his problem and what the treatment was. The entire staff were very professional and kind. In about two and a half hours later, he was ready to go back to Glades Health Care. Unfortunately, he had to wait for another two hours for the paramedics to arrive and transfer him back to Pahokee.
