Dr Lisa is amazing. She is very attentive to your needs and tries to help to the best of her abilities. She made me feel so comfortable in moments the first time I saw her. The staff are the same way kind caring and helpful. Much 💗💗💗

After working a 12hr shift I drove from Summertown to Big Sandy to bring my Mom to her Dr. Appointment which was scheduled by this office for today,February 20th 2023 for an emergency room follow up appointment for my Mom who has COPD only to be told on arrival that the Dr. is not in today due to a virus and they can't see her. No phone call to let her know that they canceled her appointment, nothing. No offer to let her see any one else, just told to call back on Thursday. Seriously.

I never had a long wait when I had an appointment. Ms Hubbard takes her time and listens and very caring. The staff at the front desk very nice and patient. Very good experience from checking in to checking out. Also every time I've called for refills or anything else they are very prompt to help. That means so much to me . Keep up with all these things that make you great and separates you from the others

Lakeside is full of wonderful and caring people! Lisa Hubbard is an excellent physician, that will listen and take care of you. She keeps up with your issues/problems... She remembers more about me than I do at times! The office is organized and clean...I just feel at home there.
