After years of exceptional service with Dr. Jim Ransom, I was a bit shocked today when I showed up for a standard teeth cleaning. This one was more important than usual, as I missed my last cleaning due to medical issues. So I took the day off from work just so I didn't miss this appointment. When I walked-in, early as the message I had received the day before instructed me to do in order to fill-out some paper work - I was informed that in order to have my teeth cleaned, I must first have x-rays done (another $140 charge ... read more
