Had my truck towed in because I had the rear differential halfway torn down and couldn’t get it but they took the project and did an amazing job and Jacob recommended the best quality part kit overall a great experience
I haven't had a lot of luck finding a shop that can diagnose and repair my Ford powerstrokes. I have finally found these folks and they have fixed problems than other people couldn't. I'm impressed with their quality.
Called and discussed the issues with my truck. They scheduled me an appointment and helped fix my issue. I had previously went to another shop before going to lakeside. Lakeside saved me alot of money that could've been spent out. The other shop had misdiagnosed my issue. Great people to work with
The woman who answered the phone didn’t even let me introduce myself, let alone explain what we needed — she just hung up on me. When I tried calling again, it went straight to voicemail. Very unprofessional experience.
Had a lockup yesterday morning. Pissing PS fluid. Called these guys, got me a tow to shop! Spoke with Jake, super professional! Feel like they’ll shoot me straight and fair!
