I thought that Christy was very thorough and felt very comfortable with her.
This was the best dentist appointment I have had in Chicago. The staff are so friendly and welcoming when you enter the reception. During the consultation and exam the dentist is very good at explaining everything he does, and how you can improve. The dental hygienist shows you step by step how to correctly clean your teeth. It was one of the most relaxed appointments I have ever had.
I used to avoid dentists' offices as being unpleasant experiences. I had not seen a dentist for about 10 years when I met some of the Stephens family while on vacation. Upon my return I called for an appointment, and have been returning gladly for my regular cleaning and checkup. The personnel in the Stephens's office are friendly and professional, and my comfort is important to them. I now actually look forward to my appointments. I can't believe I'm actually writing this, but it's all true.
The people are great and my mouth is well cared for.

Going to the dentist is not one of my favorite things to do, but I always am pleased with my visit! That is why I haven't gone to a new dentist even though I live in Arlington Heights.
I always feel I get excellent dental care and coming in to your office is like visiting friends. It is always a good experience and very comfortable feeling.
Staff was very welcoming and more than happy to explain everything I had question about regarding both treatment and cost.
The visit was great - Kayla was my hygienist and she did an awesome job. She was fun and personable, but got right down to business and was efficient and thorough with my cleaning. She also explained everything really well. Dr. Stephens was also good, but not as good as Kayla :)
