what does this mean excellent in everything
Excellent We have been with Dr Eric since he first opened and wouldn't go anywhere else. He is calm, and has a sense of humor that eases our anxiety. The front desk "Cardinals fan" makes you feel welcomed. There are some true rock stars in that office but the main one is Dr Eric.
We love Dr Eric and his staff and would not want to go anywhere else but today was a bit different. The hygienist used a different tool for cleaning braces and it was "uncomfortable" and at times painful causing ringing in her ears. The hygienist left the suction tool "sucked" to several places on her bottom lip that you can still see tonight. This has been the ONLY negative experience anyone of us have had. Maybe it was just a bad day.
