One of my crowns cracked 2 days ago. Dr Hurtte reviewed the issue today and told me it was one he had put on. He said he would fix it right then at no cost since it had only been 1.5 years. No hassles and after replacement of the crown, I am back at work as good as new. I appreciate the high customer service value he and his staffed gave me.

Very Happy Always happy with Dr. Eric and the hygienist Eric, at Boardwalk. Had one hygienist in Springfield, IL that always stabbed my gums, that never happens at Boardwalk and I make a 2 hour drive just to get this service!!
Definition of excellence! My 7-year old son and I had a cleaning appointment which is very normal, but my very active 2-year old daughter came with us too!!! I brought her to get use to the office and the office staff in preparation to her first cleaning appointment later this year. The staff was amazing as alwys, but this time they went above and beyond to help me keep my daughter out of trouble while we were getting teeth clean. Truly a great practice!!!!
