Terrible communication. They distance themselves from patients behind the info@lakesidedds.com email and never acknowledge the emails/info submitted. Billing is a mess. Never submitted my child's claim to insurance last Novemeber and now after multiple emails and calls finally submitted it on 2/13/20. Google and Facebook show that the office is open on Friday until 1200 and yet there is an 'after hours" voicemail you get when you call. very frustrating.

Lakeside Dental is awesome. Dr. Hanson and staff are so friendly and they really care about their patients. As someone who has always dreaded the dentist I am so grateful to have found them!
I just want to say thank you to lakeside dental and leave a review. This weekend my son had a bad fall on his front teeth and I called all around first thing this morning looking for a dentist to just check him out. Lakeside dental got us in 45 minutes after my call. I appreciate that and want you all to know that is awesome customer service. I highly recommend them. I was very impressed with their kind staff as well. I hope to continue our care at lakeside dental from here on forward.
