Llevo 3 años viviendo en este condominio y la experiencia ah sido super buena, muy tranquilo,mucha paz, buenos vecinos y el mantenimiento de las áreas verde son buenísimas, todo muy limpio y el personal de administración súper amables y atentos. Me encanta este lugar..
If I could give this place zero stars I would! Highly recommend only living here if you have no kids, 1 car, no pets and like to look at everything negatively. I have never in my life met such miserable old people. They complain if you breathe the wrong way and feel they are EXTREMELY Entitled. This place is not welcoming at all to new people it reminds me of a CULT! Again would never recommend moving to this place!
We’re almost 39 years. I’ve been an owner here.. They never actually had their priorities straight here. The on-site manager is more of a psychiatrist to listen to old people complain about nothing all day. They have employees to spend most of the day riding around on golf carts. The biggest function in life and they do it very well is to put stickers on people’s cars overnight parking. The meantime, the drainage issues on the property have gone unattended to for decades. Very clean and peaceful, beautiful people and surroundings
Lakeside is under new management since these prior comments Lakeside is between two parks . It boarders on lake Monroe and the Spring to Spring bike path. It is a hidden gem
