Village Green at Arlington Club David Diehls is UNETHICAL – village Green at Arlington Club IS A Disgrace and a pathetic excuse for a rental community. The manager of this rat hole Dan and an executive David Deichl are both liars, unethical, and both do a great job of making up excuses so there lazy asses don't have to do there jobs. UnFair Housing Practice Deceptive Tactics Predatory Lending – Village Green at Arlington Club is deceptive in their initial sale and also when you leave the complex. They over Charge and make mistakes on comed bills trying to force you to pay prior tenants bills. The steal deposit money when you keep your place clean and leave it that way when you leave. Very Pleasant! – I have lived at Lakeside for 4 years. I started in a town home and then I got a one bedroom,after I didn't need the 2nd bedroom. Both my apartments were in places on the property where I had a great view. Overall the entire stay at Lakeside was very pleasant!
