The managment is nice, and they are fixing up the area. The new staff is great and I am happy living here.

Lakside gives you a beautiful view of the lake and it's very quite and peaceful here.

I am a newer resident, app. 4 moths now. – I am very happy with the entire complex. The office staff tries very hard to get things done right away for you. I have even seen them taking out trash for an elderly tenant. That, I think , speaks for the service. I guess you just have to keep in mind that these are not brand new apartments. They are perfectly priced, for I checked several out before I made my decision to move in.

Great place to call home – The lakeside view is great this is such a nice to place to live I've extend my lease twice now and I'm about to do it for a third time this a great place to call home.

The staff is very nice – The staff is verynice. They even call and follow up to make sure I'm enjoying everything.

Since moving in it seems that there is always something going on outside trying to beautify the place.... I agree with this idea for the summer I want people to drive by my apartment complex and say hey I wanna live there... when friends walk in my apartment and see what was done they wanna stay :) I will tell you I would rather the rent be 1000=1200 that keeps much of the problems out... I did have an apartment in Jackson almost identical that I paid 980 mo for it was a few years newer but almost identical.

Got it! – The big choices are townhouse or apartment both have water view... I chose the apartment. Now when you see the model just how beautiful it is you will love it! Now models tend to be nicer than the actual selling product as in any place but since my moving date was not immediate and the rent price was well within my range I just requested to pay a little more in rent for the quality of the model and got it!

Very impressed – I was very impressed wow that Office is amazing I almost ask to rent that :) When shown the many models of available apartments I became clear to me this is where I wanted to live.
