Michelle is very nice but their requirements are absurd. For reference I didn’t make enough to qualify to live here, yet I pay more at my current apartment, that I was hoping to leave, and have never missed a payment. Also was denied due to having only 2 years of rental history (once again, with no issues, and is the first place I’ve ever rented.
