It's a beautiful place, the staff are kind and get things taken care of quickly, it's like your own little oasis. There's a lot of stuff to do here fish on the lake in a canoe/small unmotorized boats, feed the ducks and geese, look for HUGE frogs, and watch for the turtles, I've seen eagles and hawks catching fish, there's plenty of species of birds to feed and watch as well as squirrels. There is beautiful yard areas as well. I love sitting on the deck listening to the frogs croak at night. Lots of wonderful neighbors too.

Worst apartments. Moldy drywall in the bathroom. Cabinets falling apart. Old outdated appliances. Management is zero help and complains about everything. Over priced. Sketchy neighborhood with zero security. Management is never in the office and someone broke in and stole rent money.. a couple times… Avoid this place and live somewhere peaceful that you can actually enjoy it.
