I trust Dr. Sam and his friendly and efficient staff completely. The care my little Frosty (the snowdog) receives there is excellent and they are all very gentle with him. Frosty's teeth were cleaned recently and they look great. No complications. I definitely recommend this clinic. I drive from 2 hours away just to go to this clinic.
Dr. Sam and all his staff are wonderful. It is a warm and welcoming environment and is a place that truly cares for the well-being of your family companion. Dr. Sam is our dog's vet, and recently he performed surgery on high motion areas with terrific results; and they are so thoughtful for post-op care and concerns. I highly recommend Lakeshore Woods Animal Hospital.
I moved to West Oakville in September 2024, along with my cat Cashew and recently inherited my moms Yorkie, Rosie or as I like to call her "Rosebud". My first vist to the Lakeshore Wood Animal Hospital was in December 2025 with my cat Cashew who seemed to be in a little bit of distress and also not eating the same as usual. Be very careful and check your bills carefully. I visited Lakeshore Woods animal hospital for a first time to get a deworming med for my dog. Visit was OK until I found out that they are going to charge me 30% to 50% extra for the med that I got them from another vet. They told me that there was a price increase. I went back to my old vet and got them for the same price as before and no price increase.
