RecommendedI can’t speak on actually living at Lakeshore Village, as we merely toured the complex. But, it was a great first experience. My mom and I dropped in without an appointment because we happened to just be out looking at places. Nicole was very sweet and welcoming. She let us know what they had available and promptly showed us their model unit. The luxury unit is beautiful, spacious with many updates (granite, stainless appliances, full size washer/dryer).

Lakeshore village is a great place to live! The community/staff is friendly and the apartments have just been refinished with new floors, carpet, appliances, countertops and more! My girlfriend and I practically moved into a brand new apartment. The management can be slow at times because there is so much to deal with but if I had an issue I would go up to the office and they would fix it. Was forced to make multiple trips to provide new information trying to get an apartment. Why all this was not given to us to start with! Was two weeks ahead we could move in on the 17th, only to be told on the 12th we can't move in. Be careful they will quote you one rate and tell you it's good for 48 hrs. IT'S NOT TRUE, they jumped the rate by over $100.00 in 45 hrs. Do Not Trust Theresa! She tells you one thing, and then say no this what I said. I believe that contact HUD is called for.
It was ok to live in. Maintenance was always awesome, but the people in the office are rude, manipulative liars. We were told at a meeting before the renovations started (last summer) that those who had just signed to renew their leases would have a chance to get out with no issues if they wanted to leave. That was a lie! My roommate and I broke our lease and moved. I would not recommend these apartments solely due to very bad management. Unfortunately most of my experiences with management or negative. They are always passive aggressive and very rude on the phone. Half the time they wouldn't respond to phone calls and would only respond through email. The apartments were OK but you can hear all of your neighbors around you. We had a couple good neighbors which made it more pleasurable to stay here. The maintenance department was nice and was usually very prompt.
