Went on a trip to Detroit and the driver wouldn't even stop when we had to use the bathroom. Result was people pissing themselves because the driver just didnt care!! Very poor service!!!!
We had an issue with our reservation but the owner handled our booking situation very professionally and timely. Although we haven’t been able to utilize lakeshore transport yet, we look forward to using their services in the future. Thanks for the help!
Used them for a few different occations. I won't go with anyone else. Very professional, very clean, and most important they have insurance and liability.
Loved this bus! First time ever using this company and everything went smoothly. Bus was super clean and driver was very nice (we had Nancy). Definitely recommend! ��
Had a blast on the bus! It was clean and on time and even dropped us off at home at the end of the night so we didn't have to call a cab!
Driver was prompt at pick up, bus nice & clean(well taken care of) Owners helpful, and we appreciate the drop off to our house to save us on getting a cab home �
