received a phone call a half hour before they were supposed to start shuttling the guests that have been drinking at my wedding that they were no longer sending a bus to us. they made a commitment to make sure my friends and family got home safe but did not follow through. imagine having dozens of guests that have been drinking all day only to be told they longer have a safe way to get home. if you want a reliable company that might actually pick you up do not use Lakeshore transport.
RecommendedI would 100% recommend Lakeshore Transport. They are reliable and their main goal is for you to have an amazing time! We used one of their buses for our wedding and it was easy to book and we had an amazing driver! Very flexible and reliable!
RecommendedWe rented a party bus for our wedding last weekend and it was great. The driver was super friendly and willing to go where we wanted to go. The bus was clean and comfortable! We compared pricing to others in the area, the price was reasonable. I've had other party bus experiences being in other people's wedding, this was the best one I've had. A clean bus, that is decorated to suit your needs, lights, sound system, cup holders, yes bring coolers, yes drink, no smoking, but can pull over anytime you wish for a smoke or potty. We rented a party bus to take us for pictures after our wedding ceremony. Our driver was Tammy and she was amazing. Very friendly and professional. We originally wanted to go go Heritage Landing but couldn’t so we had a change, and she adapted to the change with no problem! I’d definitely recommend and use Lakeshore Transport again!
Lakeshore trans did an excellent job transferring our wedding group around. Initial bus broke down so they upgraded us and still was on time. Tammy was a great driver and did what we asked. Top notch service and very affordable as well.
We had a great time - they took care of us all night & even returned items to us that were left! We will use them again for sure.
Nancy was great!! We had a lot of fun and would definitely use them again!
