No hot water and two teenagers...yikes! I called just about everyone in the book and no one was available today. The secretary was very pleasant and I went ahead and scheduled an appointment for tomorrow morning. I figured all was lost, so I took a cold shower and headed off to work. My daughter called me at work and they managed to fit us in today! I am so happy to have hot water again! Thank You so much for getting to me so quickly!
