I’ve taken both my children here for wisdom teeth removal and they are fantastic. The staff is very professional and organized. The doctor takes time out during your consultation to answer questions or concerns. We also got a full detailed description of costs before the surgery. The day of surgery only took an hour and a half. The doctor was there again to answer any questions and gave a full explanation of procedures. Dr. Kiss was very kind, professional and knowledgeable! The staff were also very helpful, compassionate and accommodating. The day of surgery they made sure I was comfortable, went over some helpful information, and sent me home with a protein drink. It was also reassuring to receive a call from them later that day to check how I was doing. They asked how I was feeling, if prescriptions were picked up and if I had a chance to eat. Such sweet and caring staff! Thank you all!

Mario’s first & 2 visits to the place were impressive. Staff was welcoming especially Tanya. Dr. Brady Nielsen who extracted the first 5 teeth out of the 15 in preparation for full dentures was light handed & handled the patient with tenderness. Kim who explained the details in the pamphlet after the extractions was thorough, humorous & even helped pushed Mario’s wheelchair for safety until he got into the car safely. I had an excellent experience at Lakeshore! The entire staff is friendly and helpful in answering any questions you have. I had three wisdom teeth extractions performed by Dr. Nielsen. I really appreciated his calm demeanor and thorough explanation of the procedure and any possible risks. My surgery was fast and recovery went well. I went in a couple of days early for my follow up because I had some concerns about a knot developing around my jaw.
