Waiting 3 days to call in a prescription refill..staff was rude inconsiderate and outright ignorant when asked what was holding up the refill. i explained i was out if the meds and needed them.But that was no help at all..the more I asked for help the ruder they became as if I was bothering them.it used to be a good dr.office...Im looking for a new primary care as of today I've never had a harder time getting a refill in my life.if I could give negative stars I would.

My doctor just moved here and I am thoroughly disgusted by the office staff. I have tried calling multiple times to get through, and each time it’s a loop and it disconnects. I have not once reached someone on the phone in that office. I sent a message through MyChart for medication renewal—no message. I waited over 4 days, then messaged again, and my prescription magically appeared at my pharmacy, but no message. No confirmation. If this continues, I will be looking for a new PCP.
They are impossible to reach by phone. Very disappointed.
