Great care from Dr. Martin and his staff.
My doctor just moved here and I am thoroughly disgusted by the office staff. I have tried calling multiple times to get through, and each time it’s a loop and it disconnects. I have not once reached someone on the phone in that office. I sent a message through MyChart for medication renewal—no message. I waited over 4 days, then messaged again, and my prescription magically appeared at my pharmacy, but no message. No confirmation. If this continues, I will be looking for a new PCP.
They are impossible to reach by phone. Very disappointed.
Been going there for years... it has really gone way down hill since Dr. ALMQUIST retired...no friendly reception.... they keep all the lights off in receptionist area and almost make you feel as you are bothering them when you go up to the windows
