I have been going to Lakeshore Dermatology Laser & Medical Spa for almost a year now for facial treatments and spider vein treatment. The staff were pleasant and explained procedures. Bailea, a Clinical Aesthetician, is friendly and does a good job.
I was there today and saw Dr. Gielczyk. I left the office in tears after he left the room during my appointment when I started crying about the idea of my only option being medication. I had many more questions to ask him for alternate solutions. I have never had a more rude and unprofessional experience in my entire life. It is sad when the nurse has to apologize for the doctors behavior after he walks out for no reason and give you another offices number.

Terrible Place, just a Mill. Doctors spend the least amount of time with you to move on to the next patient. Went in for a 1 year follow up and they were trying to say I was there for a full body scan and argued with me that I was wrong . Worst bedside manner. STAY AWAY!

World Class Service! I have been a patient at Lakeshore Dermatology for 6 years! The doctors and staff are all first rate and provide outstanding, courteous service while providing top of the line medical care. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
