I was referred to this office by my primary doctor. I have called and been transferred to the referral department and have left 4 messages and, it's been 4 weeks and I've never gotten a call back. Twice, I asked the person who answered the phone, to speak to the office manager before she transferred me to the referral department but was never put through to the manager but, I was assured by the person I was talking to that she would follow up with me. I have been going to Lakeshore Dermatology Laser & Medical Spa for almost a year now for facial treatments and spider vein treatment. The staff were pleasant and explained procedures. Bailea, a Clinical Aesthetician, is friendly and does a good job.
