Dont move here!!! They dont fix things, they wont let you move out, they are rude and very unprofessional...total waste of money and bad living experience! Infested with either roaches, spiders, beetlebugs, or all three! Nasty sewage and overflowing garbage receptacles! They have many units without proper cooling units and never follow-up on work orders, calls, or other matters!
Lakeshore apartments isnt worth your time nor the money they ask for rent. When i first move end the apartment wasnt even ready and the maintenance staff theyre a joke. They change property managers ever 2 to 3 months due to the move in specials. Dont waste your time keep driving right past the entrance. Dont let the outside nor the leasing office fool you ITS NOT WORTH IT! All they care about is that rent at the first of the month.
