i live here now and its not that bad..yes this is the first apt ever that i have had that gave me roaches but after 4 months of treating them it hasnt been that bad..i have a loft and its not made for two people..im so ready to move! but rent is cheap!
My experience at Lakeshore went well until move out. I was tolded to clean out my unit so I could receive my full deposit....I did. When I came in to turn in my keys I was told that the person who does the walk thru was out for the day. I figured its cool...I took pictures of the unit anyway. I never received a phone call from them about the return of my deposit money so I called them. I was told that I would only receive \$49 back from my \$400 deposit b/c the apt was left dirty. Awful...is all I can say when describing this place. The ABSOLUTE WORST place Ive ever lived. First, the staff is unprofessional, incompetent individuals whose response to every problem is "youll have to speak to the manager about that." Second, the apartments are pest infested, over-priced, appliances never work, units. I have lived at Lakeshore since February. My experience has been a very courteous staff and great maintenance service for any repair request. Thus far, my stay has been a pleasant experience.
these apartments are totally garbage and arenot fit to live.these are some lazy good for nothing people.nothings never being fixed,you call,never hear from them.they sit in the office talking about what theyre gonna do,which is nothing.if youre thinking about moving here,please stop anyone you see walking in the complex and ask questions.im sure theyll tell you the truth.
I currently live here and I cant even disagree with these reveiws. Its just simply shameful to admit that these apartments have been struggling with the same issues since the latest review listed. And that was 2008, its 2010. That is ashame.
I lived here for 2 years and they were very unprofessional and never completed work orders. My air conditioner never worked and they maintenance staff would do NOTHING! I was totally unhappy and extremely happy that I moved.
Horrible apartments even more horrible customer service. These people cant get anything together and everytime you go in the leasing office they have a new manager and new employees. I would advise anyone who is looking at these apartments to RUN AWAY.
I live here now and they have the worst Customer Service and Management team, almost a year and Im yet to have them finsh my work order request. Also I pay Buckhead rent and the roaches are living for free.
