Yonden is very friendly and helpful! I had great experience living in the apartment. Once I accidentally locked out myself but help arrived quickly. The building is old but was always kept in a clean state. Apartment was spacious and I loved the location. The price was fair.
It seems like the property landlord does not know how to communicate with prospective residents at all. I have been calling for availability for two weeks but never heard back from them ever since. I would suggest searching for other housing options.
