I live here and over the last year I feel like it’s just getting worse. The upgrades are nice but they have caused terrible parking, screws all over the parking lot, maintenance coming in ur apartment whenever, water getting turned off, just made the last few months crappy. The huge raise in rent though is why I don’t recommend these apartments. We went from 754 to 948 because of these renovations and nothing but the windows and doors were done. It’s hard enough to be a college kid trying to pay rent but now it’s impossible.... read more

I live here and I’ve seen so many positive changes lately. The manager Lisa, is always very helpful and get things done quickly and efficiently. I’m really enjoying the changes, things have been so much better!
Love the staff!! Office staff is so friendly and maintenance has a quick response time.
