I can't believe I have been here just over a year! I had moved out for 6 months what a mistake!Maisie loves her walks to the lakes everyone is friendly The staff is great! Beautiful place to live!
By lowering the rent for one. Not a luxury apartment by any means. Moved in and two weeks later realized it was not very good. Police in complex several times, gates never close so anybody can get in there and a lot of unsavory people running around considering they supposedly do background checks. Asked to get out of it and $7000 later I’m out - could have stayed in a 4-star resort for that. They would not even discuss the situation. My wife and I have been here since July and we love it! We enjoy the 1.3 mile walk around the complex, swimming in the pool, dips in the spa, and sometimes we fish at the lake. Unfortunately, our house has been completed 4 months early and we would love for someone to take over our lease. 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Inbox me about a $1,000 kickback if you can get in by March 15th.
I have lived here a year and have never been more happy with an apartment. Maintenance is great, office staff is always so nice. My apartment feels like a home and the community is beautiful and other residents are polite.
Been here almost 2 years and love it. Great amenities, pool and spa and much more. Great way to work your dogs and every person we met was always very nice.

We have been here almost a month and love it,we take our dogs on a walk around the lake and a very nice spa and pool area.The beach with a fire pit is a plus.The staff are all great and friendly.
