Pool+events I enjoy going to the pool a lot its a nice set up and I love the walking tacos they had at the community.

Great View I really enjoy my lake view apartment! Office staff is great. I have not needed maintenance yet but they are very friendly.

Excellent Experience My family moved in August and have had a wonderful experience! The office staff is always very friendly, kind, and professional. The maintenance staff are efficient and knowledgeable. Apartment is spacious and cozy at the same time. Love the complex walking trail and lake view. Great shopping and restaurants nearby. Very family printed and quite place to live, always clean and the grounds well-kept plenty of parking. By the front entrance they have an amazing pool and gym. Kind staff Very quiet neighborhood, nice place to settle down. Management was wonderfully accommodating for my husband and myself. Mrs. Robinson especially was a delight throughout the entire move-in process.

Best Place To Live! With all of the different amenities and with how kind and caring the staff is, I truly could not name a better place to live in Port Charlotte.
The best amenities! The business center is great and it has coffee, computers, and printers. Staff is helpful. Beach area is beautiful and this is the largest apartment I have ever lived in. Highly recommend!
